What we collect

Order details: your name, shipping address, phone number (if you give one), and what you bought.
Newsletter: your email address when you subscribe.
Loyalty and giveaways: your account activity, such as DTE Coins earned and redeemed, your birthday if you add it, and giveaway entries linked to your account.
Messages: anything you send us by email, including photos you share for the gallery.
Site use: basic information such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies and similar tools.

To process and ship your orders, and to send order updates and invoices.
To run your account, DTE Coins and monthly giveaways.
To send our newsletter, only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email.
To answer your questions.
To keep the site working and secure.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services we need to run the shop:

Our website and store platform, which hosts the site and stores your account and order information for us.
Payment providers, which process your payment. We do not see or keep your full card number.
Shipping carriers, which receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
Email tools, which send our order emails and newsletter.

We may also share information when the law requires it.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to run your account, fill your orders and meet tax and legal record keeping rules. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your choices

Where your information is stored

Our platform and service providers may store information outside Canada. Where they do, it is protected by their own privacy and security practices.

Our shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
